Arizpe was commissioned to provide an assessment study to identify deficiencies and to determine requirements for repairing or replacing fire alarm and fire suppression systems for buildings depot wide. The work included a visual inspection of fire systems in each building, an assessment of the fire alarm and fire suppression life safety and code compliance, and cost estimates for required systems improvements. Lifecycle replacement cost estimating methodology was used for buildings with fire suppression system repairs identified in the survey.
