Al Price State Juvenile Correction Facility in Beaumont, Texas was in need of road repairs and driveway reconstruction. Arizpe engineers redesigned the entrance at the sally port, intersections and curb returns to increase turning radii to accommodate large trucks. General repairs were done to the administration building and secure heavy gauge doors and frames were replaced at several of the student dormitory buildings. Arizpe also replaced an electrical transformer and designed the power distribution changes to the facility when the new transformer became operational.

Evins Regional Juvenile Center in Edinburg, Texas needed major storm water drainage and roadway improvements. Arizpe designed site improvements around the facility to create positive drainage and restored the roadways around the campus. Additionally, Arizpe designed conditioned spaces for the food storage facility and replaced the gymnasium roof, walls and HVAC to allow the gym to be used as a county meeting site. Other civil work included new PCC pavement for the loading dock and trash bin area and an 80 car visitor parking lot. The lot included new exterior lighting and security cameras as well as sidewalks leading to the Gate House.

Giddings State School in Giddings, Texas received electrical upgrades to the gate house and cafeteria power distribution network including new transformers. The chapel and natatorium received new roofs. The food freezer and refrigeration rooms were demolished and replaced with new walk-in (palette accessible) rooms with proper power distribution, lighting and freeze/thaw capabilities.
