Hooks, Texas

Client
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Red River Army Depot is a continuation of Arizpe’s long-standing tradition of quality work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District. Projects under this contract demonstrate the vast range of services Arizpe offers. The largest task order to date is a comprehensive, campus-wide fire protection study assessing the current state of every structure on the Depot. Additional projects include a multi-station fire training facility, a firehouse renovation, three ground up new construction projects including a new truck access control building, break room facilities and the renovation of the Depot-wide IT building which was originally constructed as an ammo dump in 1942.

Arizpe has worked closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative to develop and refine standards that meet their specific needs while also adhering to the requirements of the Installation Design Guide and the AEIM. High ACASS ratings independently verify the quality of Arizpe’s work and the level of client satisfaction we have achieved.
